Shipping Policy:

We ship orders directly from our suppliers, which lets us keep costs down and offer fair, competitive prices with free delivery.

Processing & Delivery Time:

All orders are processed within 24 hours. The average delivery time is 7 to 14 days. Please note this is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and customs.

Always Free Shipping:

We cover all shipping costs. Every order is delivered to your home completely free of charge, with no minimum order value. We currently ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the Philippines and the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. Track your order.

Lost or Damaged in Transit:

We stand behind every order. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated 7 to 14 days, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us at support@lucido-lights.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund. Please include your order number, and a photo in case of damage.
