Return Policy

At Lucido Lights, we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. We have developed our return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.

1. GENERAL

Our return policy offers a generous 30-day window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@lucido-lights.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse the products were shipped from, which in most cases is located in China. Therefore, please contact us first so we can provide the correct return address.

Once your return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to the provided address. We cannot accept items that are returned to us without first requesting a return.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

It is very important that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

3. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. EXCHANGES

If you would like to receive the desired item quickly, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want. This is often the fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item.

5. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)

Regardless of the policy above, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As stated earlier, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

6. REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you promptly whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method and processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund on your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at support@lucido-lights.com. We will be happy to assist you with any concerns regarding your refund.
