Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or have parental consent. You may not use our products for illegal purposes. Breach of terms results in immediate service termination.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Your content (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted. You may not exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We are not responsible for inaccurate or outdated information. Content is for general reference only. You agree to monitor changes.
5. PRODUCT AND SERVICE MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for modifications, price changes, or discontinuation.
   1. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES Certain products may be exclusive and have limited quantities. We try to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee display precision.
   2. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We may refuse or cancel orders. You agree to provide current, accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Consumers may withdraw from purchases within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. You must inform us in writing and return the product within 30 days. Costs for return shipping are borne by you.
7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection, and perishable items.
8. PRICES AND PAYMENT Prices exclude import duties and customs fees for international orders. Payment must be made before delivery.
9. DELIVERY We ship to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to third-party logistics.
10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
    1. Products sold through Lucido Lights are shipped directly from a third country (such as China) by a third-party supplier. Lucido Lights does not act as the importer and does not hold inventory in the Netherlands or the EU. 
    2. Delivery times vary and are indicative only. Customs processing may delay delivery.
    3. You, the customer, are fully and solely responsible for paying all applicable import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and any other local taxes or charges due upon receipt of the goods in your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
    4. Importing goods from outside the EU may result in customs delays, inspection procedures, or additional charges (such as handling, storage, or brokerage fees). Lucido Lights is not responsible for any such delays or costs. All related risks and expenses are fully borne by you, the customer.
    5. By ordering, you accept full responsibility for import procedures and compliance with your country’s laws.
11. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS We may use third-party tools over which we have no control. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
12. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY Products are provided “as is” without warranties. Lucido Lights is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.
    1. USE OF REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK You grant Lucido Lights a royalty-free license to use your feedback or reviews. We are not obligated to monitor, edit, or remove user content.
    2. THIRD-PARTY LINKS Some content may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
    3. USER CONDUCT You may not use the site for unlawful or prohibited activities. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service for violating any terms.
    4. DISCLAIMER We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the service is at your own risk.
14. ACCOUNT ACCURACY AND INFORMATION You agree to provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details.

16. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands. The Parties agree to resolve any disputes that may arise from this Agreement or ensuing.Agreements in an amicable way. If the Parties fail to resolve such disputes amicably within 30 days after a dispute has arisen, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the rules of arbitration of the Dutch court, by one arbitrator and in the English language. The arbitral award shall be binding.This Agreement nullifies any prior Agreements and Agreements regarding applicable conditions and may only be deviated from by written Agreement.
17. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
18. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucido Lights from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
19. SEVERABILITY If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
20. TERMINATION These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate access without notice if terms are breached.
